Comprising of entertainment, Web3-software, and everything required for the mass adoption of CCM on the Solana blockchain. Invented by degens, for degens.

Initially powering our surge, and at the heart of entertainment lies the very thing we're trying to grow—live streaming and content creation on Pump.fun. Hours of brainstorming went into developing the best schedule of lives, based on retention rate, provocative content and establishing our name as central Web3-brand.
This means we're going to
Produce entertaining content, /onboarding @whoever we can (and we mean it when we say @everyone, and @whoever)
Discuss strategy, keep investors updated constantly, and when important take community polls
If moderately easy, collaborate with big KOLs early on—we already have a few asking to be part.

Showcasing our app, before release
The first streams will be showing off our application. This will be done professionally through OBS Studio with appropriate overlays, so it's comfortably shareable.

Live onboarding and producing entertaining content
Showing our screenshots only keeps people active and hype for a certain amount of time. The best way we can further advertise our application before release, and urge others to do the same is showing that we're not hypocrites and truly do aim at mass onboarding to the Pump-ecosystem. What better way than to /onboard @everyone, on live? Daily? For at least a month. After discussing application, strategy and tokenomics, we will go outside and immediately onboard whoever we come across. The first week you can expect: Tipping waitresses in $XNB Trying to communicate with dogs, to onboard them If ever we get arrested, we will try onboarding the pigs too Going to Blackrock, and selling them on $USDUC Going to the most Jewish neighborhoods to find out their secrets Handing out The Daily Meme newspaper And so many more entertaining activities, all LIVE. Powering these streams are PRISM Live and OBS Studio. And of course, Pump.fun The reason why they're so provocative is to gain traction in an economy that's saturated on selling attention, even when it's the core currency.
Collaborating with others
We're intending to collaborate with a few big platforms, to further spread our name. These will include:
Crypto Blogs, allowing new crypto users to find us easily (Onboarding @NewUsers)
Trading platforms, giving them access to our Trench Tools we're developing, comprising of a dictionary, anti-rug measures, trading tutorials, etc.
And any other Web3 channels we can use to further enhance our market presence
Collaborating with respected KOLs
We're limiting the KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) we're collaborating with to a select few. There have been many asking us during development of the Onboarded App to 'create volume' i.e. bundling, but we've declined all these offers. Why should we bundle this coin when it will bond without any KOL-input?
Later on, however, we don't mind partnering up with big and respected Web3 names in order to establish ourselves more seriously as central brand. There is currently no other Web3 App allowing the onboarding to CCM or even crypto, so we don't think it will be hard to build a name for ourselves that way.
Investing in every right thing
Priority listings
Initially we will attempt to close a deal with CoinMarketCap.com—the leading Web3 provider of crypto charts, prices, and data. As mentioned in their listing criteria, certain apps are eligible for priority listing without paying for it. More likely than not, they will not initially accept our offer and urge us to pay the $5k priority listing fee, which we will gladly do.
DEX
This is a feature on the platform DEXScreener.com, allowing for users to claim their profile and update it with more information, such as a website, banner and more. Developers of tokenized companies and projects are enticed to purchase this (the price being $299) to avoid anyone impersonating them, or adding fake phishing links.
This is the only boost worth paying for. The price of this is $3,999 on the DEX Marketplace.
Minimal amounts will be dedicated to ads, until we establish a clear KPI. At which point, we will continue to invest proceeds from our endeavors in what returns us most capital in the long term.
The benefit of investing in ads, boosts, and attention is that we don't have to sell to break even, or profit. Our aim is doing that through revenue generated by our platforms.¹
¹This will be through our in-app ads, wallet fees, and sponsorships.
X Premium Business
X offers two Business/Org. subscription models: one being $200/month, and the other $1,000/month.
With the $1,000 subscription 'Full access' offering more Analytics features than the regular 'Basic' business subscription, affiliate badges, and impersonation defense, it comes with a heavier price tag—around 400% heavier.
Inititlally, we will use proceeds to attain the Basic subscription—for a number of reasons.

Listing criteria & fees
Listing an app on the Apple App Store requires a $99 annual fee for an Apple Developer Program membership, which we're paying right after launch. The expected approval duration is < 48 hours.
Developers are charged a one-time $25 registration fee. We're going to pay this immediately after launching. The expected approval duration is 3-7 days.
Onboarded App fully complies with both platforms' rules.
The deadline of our app's launch
We're releasing Onboarded App on the Play & App Store on 11/21, but in the case we're held back for a reason, though unlikely, we've prepared fall-back measures to uphold our chart's floor. Either way our Web3-site, APK & .ISO-files will be available on 11/21.
Releasing our secure Web3-site
The Web3 web-app will be built by raw code. We're going to use advanced CSS to ensure responsiveness and professionalism across all devices and browser types. Furthermore, we will A/B-test and build KPIs of the best organic and paid methods to drive traffic, eyes, and growth.
VC-investing to build our treasury, further solidifying our position
Thesis: CCM's hype also has its moments
In bull markets, our application's going to see major success. This assumption is based on euphoria. $MSTR gets more investors when Bitcoin is up, rather than down—indicating people invest in what's currently doing well. In the case of CCM, we haven't yet reached a real bull scenario, but even when we do, things slow down.
For this, we've prepared a strategy allowing our chart and brand to uphold its presence: VC-investing, and building sub-projects.
VC-investing
The treasury may be used to invest into applications sharing a similar mission: onboarding people to Web3 & CCM. However, we for obvious reasons won't invest in the development of any competitors. Acquiring certain products isn't off the table, given it's more cost-effective and resource-demanding than building them from scratch, and offering them as a Subproject.
Subprojects
As mentioned before we're developing Trench Tools. This is a product suite of an 'anti-rug extension' powered by AI, a complete crypto tutorial platform to come pre-included to inexperienced users downloading our App, with a dictionary going over all the most known and obscure Web3-words and phrases.
This is an example of what we're using our spare time and resources for. Our idea is by developing such applications, tools, platforms, etc. and including them into the Onboarded Ecosystem, we have a set revenue source to extract from even when CCM is less prevalent.
