The easiest wallet to give to a new crypto user, all included in Onboarded App

The only true way to onboard friends

You've probably heard people talk about building applications allowing to onboard users for free, even giving them money. The wallet serves as a core function of our app, and a core aspect of the onboarding process. With this wallet users may . Underneath, an example.

Tom has a friend named John, and John is unfamiliar with crypto, Solana, Blockchain and Pump. Tom, however, having earned millions from this space by trading smart, and being knowledgeable seeks to onboard his best friend John to our world. So, he sends him a referral link (or uses a QR to do the same thing) to let John register an account by generating his seed phrase further not requiring e-mail or web2.

Tom sends $50 in $SOL to a 'wallet-in-the-middle', sets the time it should hold his funds before returning them (in case John never accepts his link) as 7 days, and of course adds some $XNB as onboarding gift because he loves John.

Tom now earns kick-backs from all John's future trading¹ through this wallet. John earns the $XNB and $SOL Tom loaded his wallet up with. Both users are now happy, likely profitable, and /onboarded.

¹Our wallet incurs a small fee for every transaction. We pay the character we mentioned here 'Tom' from fees generated by 'John's' trading. Not from any other sources (except the Padre referral we mention here).

Background images

Inspired by the pictures we put in our wallets, of family or friends, we allow for users to have a background image similar to that. Aside from aesthetics these can be used to differentiate wallets at first glance.

Settings

Set JITO/priority and MEV-reduction fees spent on every transaction. Standard MEV fee is set dynamically as to avoid unknowing users becoming victims of MEV-attacks. Learn more about MEV-attacks in our X-post about this topic.

Managing referrals

The button embedded in our screenshot above showing '12 referrals today' is, like most of our app, dynamic. This means it shows different interfaces based on the user's current status. If a user hasn't yet interacted with it, it will allow for them to generate their very own /onboarding link.

Sending & receiving

If you're experienced with crypto already, our sending & receiving uses the same basic navigation. Small differences exist such as 'Quick Select' (see below), but those are mostly optimized trading settings and User Experience, as we ourselves are native 'degens'.

User experience

  1. Quickly select which token you want to send

  2. View a quick glance of charts, so you know whether the CA your friend sent you is worth doing more research into

  3. Shows a pop-up for new, unrecognized CAs copied to clipboard, so users can act quickly

  4. Allows for copytrading, X-tracker trading, and more

Safety precautions

Seeing as we've developed a wallet targeted at /onboarding new and inexperienced users to our ecosystem, we've set up many safety precautions other wallets don't have.

For Sending

  1. Verify you're sending your money to the right address by allowing access to your clipboard

  2. Small delay between clicks, to avoid unintentional touches

  3. View if a wallet is cached in our (and third party) databases of criminals and scammers

For Buying

  1. Doesn't allow the purchase of honeypots before ensuring user understands

  2. Doesn't allow the purchase of tokens bundled more than 80% before user confirms

  3. Doesn't allow the purchase of malicious smart contracts, drainer contracts

For experienced traders, these can be ignored by pressing 'Don't show warnings again', or by setting your knowledge level as 'Beginner' in settings.
